Indian Vegetable Cutlets - Two Amazing Recipes

One remedy to try involves combining a teaspoon of sesame oil with a bit of garlic. Use an open flame to heat it up until it's a bit warm. Then lie down Desi Ghee with the hurting ear pointed. Put four drops of the solution in the ear and let it set for 10 minutes. This can help to relieve ear pain.



These form the outer covering for the rolls. Knead the dough with milk and little oil or ghee (clarified butter) if it is for the kids, the rolls will come out much softer and stay palatable till their lunch time.

The stuffed paratha starts out as a Roti rolled out, in the centre of which is placed a dollop of stuffing (spiced, mashed boiled potatoes, cauliflour etc). The Roti is then picked up by the edges, sealed (by pressing together) and then rolled out again. This is then cooked the same way as a Paratha. Typically it is served crisp, with yoghurt (sometimes whipped) with pickles. An idea after-paratha drink is sweet, milky tea.

Don't forget paneer (Indian cottage cheese), which can be cooked as per the tandoori idea above, or in a spicy sauce. If you can't get paneer, try substituting tofu.
